Can you believe I actually queued for more than an hour for a bowl of beef noodles?

Hmm, technically my bf did the queuing while I sat at the hawker centre for my food. But that's not easy also okay! Try sitting at the hawker centre with nothing to do for an hour. I cant even use my iPhone as my battery was low at that time and I needed to conserve it to take pictures later. =(

The old uncle who was sharing the table with me, made the remark to my bf when he came back with the food " Ah, you queued for this? Your gf waited so long, very 辛苦!"

Uncle very funny hor? Hahaha

Alright, the food.

The appearance of the beef noodle was a tad disappointing , just beef & beef ball no fanciful ingredient. It looked pretty normal, and I swear that I will never gonna queue for so long again.

Thankfully, it was really tasty. The sauce was sweeter than the usual one I had tried before. A natural kind of sweetness that goes very well with the noodles, which will make you yearn for more.

The meatball didn't appeal to me but the beef slices were good, cooked to perfection. The serving of the beef slices was generous too, as I find myself with lotza beef slices even after finishing my noodles.

Overall, I enjoyed my bowl of beef noodles and I will wanna re-visit. But queue, no. I dun think it was that good to queue for more than an hour. I'm hoping that the craze for it will die down soon, so that I can have a good bowl of beef noodles without having to queue for so long. =p

Nowadays the queue are much much better! I'm a happy gal!

Do try to go early, like before 1pm? Coz if you go later, they may have sold out. Once I went, the noodles were sold out. The other time, the beef sauce was sold out. Bah...
