Went Spruce for dinner today, and was a tad disappointed with the dinner menu. Hmm, no pancakes and I thought there is all-day breakfast menu! Sobz! 
Tapas Platter - $28
There is wagyu beef, chicken wings, croquettas, russian salad and squid in the platter ~ the variety is good and a good portion for 2/3 pax to share.
The squid was the best among the 5 items, chewy and springy. The wagyu beef was okay and the mash potato was smooth & creamy. The croquettas was filled with mushroom and cheese. So all were basically passable except for the chicken wings, which was too dry!
Freshly made Tagliatelle served with Kurobuta Pork Bolognese - $22
Presentation was not fantastic, I was actually expecting solid Kurobuta pork. Perhaps it was my own mistake, I totally ignored the word "bolognese". But it was such a waste to mince the Kurobuta pork. The way I viewed this dish? Italian version of mee pok with minced pork. >.<
A very normal dish that will be better off sharing, otherwise it gets boring after a few mouthful.
Overall, I was not impressed by the dinner and will definitely be back just for breakfast/brunch and nothing else.*Shrugged*
