These are photos that I had taken myself as I have yet to obtain the photographs from the "professionals"...

Well, just take these as a prelude lor... (^_*)

P.S. You are doing injustice to the photos if you dun click to enlarge..esp those mountains pictures...

On our way to Pokhara.. mountain route.. taken in one of the rare occasion when I was awake in the bus. Well, the whole bus was rocking through out the journey, cant help but to fall asleep leh... hehe

We were at the rooftop of the hotel that we were staying, overseeing the small town...

Another view.. facing the lake

The mountains looked foggy and blur, but I guess it is because the mountain range are really far..

Closer view of the lake

I saw this picture on one of the postcard selling in the bookstore, so I decided to copy! Hee

On our way to the "entrance" of our mountain trek. Can you see the fish tail annapurna in the background? A real beauty indeed..

This was where we commenced our our mountain trek..

If you click on the photo to enlarge, you will be able to see the rocky steps and porters/villagers moving up and down..

Trust me, this was considered one of the easiest path...

Porter carrying 4 big luggages at the same time... * Salute*

Our first rest point, probably 1-2 hour later... No more roads! Just mountains and more mountains surrounding us...

We were so high up!

Granny holding the national flowers, as we passed by some of the native houses...

Our first lunch point, and definitely unblocked view of the mountain range..

School..

Why do the rock steps "disappear"?

Ans:  Because it is steep, so cant see lah..

Big cow and small cow/goat? Dunno leh.. I city kid.. dunno how to differentiate... =p

The very exhausted trekkers..

Spot the para-glider!

Saw this man-driven ferry wheel at our first stay site... The guys at the side practically "run" to move the wheel.. Very innovative indeed...

Our room and sleeping bag... the night was so cold that I wore my jacket and socks into the sleeping bag... keke

More pictures of the mountains...

Clouds beneathe the mountain peaks..

Trying to capture the sunrays here...

More pictures coming soon...
