"Starve" yourself first before going. The spread was amazing! Choose from chicken, fish or tom yam base for your steamboat. A wide variety of ingredients such as seafood, meat, vege, mushroom, tofu, fishball, meatball etc . There was also cooked food such as shrimp paste chicken, cane prawn roll etc etc. Oh man, we really stuffed ourselves silly and I counted a thrashing record of 21 items!!!

Steamboat Ingredients:

1) 2 serving of beef ( MUST ORDER! The beef was thinly sliced, good for shabu shabu! A pity, they dun serve the japanese sauce though...)
2) 1 serving of chicken
3) 1 serving of pork
4) 1 serving of fish
5) 1 serving of yong tau fu
6) 1 serving of meatball (2)
7) 1 serving of prawn (4)
8) 1 serving of sotong
9) 3 serving of golden mushroom
10) 1 serving of hotdog
11) 1 serving of glass noodles ( this one best for tom yam soup! keke)
12) 1 serving of cabbages
13) 1 serving of shitake mushrooms

Cooked food:
1) 1 serving of cane prawn roll (2)
2) 1 serving of buttered fish ( kinda of oily for my liking though)
3) 1 serving of bacon prawn
4) 1 serving of " malay tofu" ( Hmm, dun really know what's the name, look at picture!)
5) Fried cai xin

Desserts:
1) Chocolate Fondue
2) Durian Pisang
3) Ice-cream ( came in 2 flavour only, durian or chocolate)

Our first round of order.
Tom Yam Base tasted better, not really spicy ( I'm not a chilli-padi person).
Chicken Base bit too bland.

Tom Yam Base with Beef => Tried to display the food in an artistic manner but somehow it seemed BLOODY?? Aiya, who care! Good to eat can liao ^_^
Bacon Prawn => Not too bad. But the prawns were....kinda.... tiny...

Buttered Fish => Oily, not so good : (

This was the " Malay Tofu" I mentioned earlier on. Just cant recalled what was the actual name. Anyway, this was one of the signature dish. Free lah ( part of the buffet) so just whacked lah! Crust crispy, tofu soft, sauce sweet blah blah blah...

The fondue was served in hard chocolate bar together with a fruit platter. Keke.. Well, you were supposed to melt it urself. Interesting huh?

~*~ DURIAN PISANG ~*~

=> This was superb good! The durian will really ooze out its crispy crust... Yummy!

Free Flow of Iced Tea! Yeah!! I'm a water bucket. Loved places with free flow of water!! Somemore the ice tea was not the normal Season Iced Tea ( Super Sweet). It should be defined as Tea-er with Lemon, which meant more tea taste than lemon. You noe? You noe?

Service was quite good. At least, the delivery speed of our orders came quite promptly. Last time I went to a steamboat buffet at Liang Seah Street. Wah lao, the waitress really took her own sweet time to serve our orders. Well, probably because we ate too much so they purposely serve slower! Jian!
Anyway, pricing was kinda reasonable if you can eat. If not, probably spending $25++ ( weekend buffet dinner) might be a bit expensive.
