I chanced upon this breakie place on someone else blog and so, decided to give it a try... =)
Breakfast place seems to be the emerging trend nowadays. Everyone starts to love breakfast and make an effort to wake up early for breakfast/brunch gathering.
Otherwise for people who tend to develop affection with their beds and pillows, especially in the morning like myself...
*cleared throat*
Fear Not! You can easily find places that sell breakfast all day, as well as places that sell only breakfast such as Wild Honey etc
I used to wish for breakfast all day as it has many variety yet it's light on the stomach and now, it's a little wish comes true.. keke

The place is not big, but very home style and cozy with its decoration and furniture arrangements. There is NO menu, everything is on the chalkboard behind the counter. If you are someone who is more visual, they have stored all the pictures of their breakfasts in the ipods, which can be found at the counter.
The time I went was quite crowded. Mind you, I went at around 1plus, which was wayyyyyyy beyond breakfast timing lor. No choice, we left our contact with the ang mo boss, and waited for approximately 30mins before we had our seats. Once we were seated, we then proceed to the counter to make our order and payment. After which, the food and drinks were served to our table.
Queen Bee - $9
Mandarin Wilder - $9
I went to Wild Honey quite sometimes ago ( meaning this review is very post-dated..oops), so I kinda forgot which was which ( referring to the drinks). The Orange Bee was basically orange plus something else, refreshing but a bit sour. On the other hand, Mandarin Wilder tasted much sweeter.. hehe
Both are citrus drinks with no alcohol content, and so I felt that the prices seem relatively high.
Field Mushrooms - $3
We are mushroom lovers, so this was a must-to-order even though it was pretty expensive. The portobello mushrooms were juicy & springy.. a great side dish to start off our mains..
Tunisian - $18
My bf ordered the Tunisian breakfast. As proven again and again, he does made a better choices than me. Well, I guess that's why he has chosen me! Wahahahahahhahaha =p
I think the Tunisian breakfast was more worthwhile compared to my choice. At least, it came with thick toast and "impressive" presentation of serving the eggs & dunno what sauce ( looked like tomato hor) in a hot pan. Furthermore, it was more unique, unlike the common American breakfast that is found everywhere.
I also noticed that many customers ordered the Tunisian breakfast. Not that I was KPO, but the hot pan serving was really very obvious mah... Popularity means that it cant be too bad!
Canada - $18
I had chosen this Canada breakfast because of the word "Waffle". =_=
Dun get me wrong. It was okay, but to pay $18 for 2 waffles and 1 bacon, plus blueberry sauce which obviously I was not gonna drink it up, was a bit overpriced. I admitted that the waffles were pretty good, soft and fluffy.. but.. I still think, it was not worthwhile lah..
Total, we spent ard $67 for breakfast.
Nope, your eyes are not playing trick on you. It's definitely not $6.70.. Yup, it was $67.
Expensive hor.. we got a little shock when the bill cames. Totally out of our expectation. Worth it or not, I leave to you to judge.
It's probably not somewhere that you will go frequently, looking at the prices. Com'on, I dun think most people will spend $30+ per pax on breakfast, which means not very filling, every now and then. Novelty is probably Wild Honey's main attraction now, with its wide variety of breakfast from different nations. So for the time being, most of us will be more "forgiving" towards the pricing. Then again, when there's more and more competitors, hopefully,the mgmt will consider to revise the price or probably come up with a bigger portion. Okay, there's another wish of mine.. =p
