Singtel
Singtel has never failed to "surprise" me in the wrong way....They over-charged me, so of coz I need to call to enquire. When I tried to call, asked me to press here & there, and then told me that the line was too busy, to call again later and... CUT MY LINE!!! WTH!!!
So, I DUN CARE.. I just keep calling & calling until I'm put on hold... GRRR.... still on hold now. =(
